This agency is one if the worst. They treat people like numbers instead of people. The housing liaison is incompetent and negligent in her job. After months of waiting, she tells me I need a relocation form. She should have known that. In a meeting with the supervisor I told them I had been through the process before. They are busy trying to tell me about my certificate that they don't have any knowledge of. This is why I choose to advocate. You can't fix it all with a pull. I will not be silent. It's time for Dc to hold agencies accountable. This is not the first bad experience with them. Choose your provider wisely.
