These stores are franchises. They are not UPS. This store lost my $1,000 laptop I was returning to Apple. And took no responsibility, wouldn't even answer my calls. Or check the store's camera. At the time of drop-off I was told by the clerk I didn't need a receipt. And so I had no record to show that I had indeed dropped it off. I have no doubt the package was stolen by the clerk or someone else in the store. The owner is named Brad Kaplan he owns 8 other stores.Don't do business at any of them. The owner is dishonest. PS always demand a receipt.
