Just stopped by here for lunch on a recommendation from a friend. 20 minute wait seemed reasonable. Was seated promptly at the 20 minute mark. Took another 15 minutes for someone to come take a drink order. Another 10 minutes for a waiter to come for the food order. Abrupt, but I didn’t come here for friendliness. I asked for the nachos. They’re out of nachos. Ok, I’ll have the strip steak, medium rare. Gotcha. A half hour later, a really ugly looking butterflied piece of beef comes out, cooked well done. Dry, no flavor, tough. Can’t seem to get waiter’s attention until he comes by to ask if I wanted a box. I chuckle at the obvious fact I took one bite. Before I could even complain, he leaves to get the check. I paid for the meal (and $30 ‘strip’). If service would have even been a little better I would have asked for a manager to see if he would have liked to address this. I suppose a Google review will have to do, and I’ll head somewhere else for a decent steak. Or nachos.
