This is one of the worst Potbelly stores I have been to. It’s often chaos behind the counter and the staff seems overwhelmed, even when they aren’t all that busy. Sometimes, they simply stop processing mobile app orders. Today, the app told me my order (just one sandwich) would be ready in 10 minutes. After waiting 30 minutes past order time, I got the attention of one of the employees and asked about it. She pulled my ticket off the line and made the sandwich. So I guess if I hadn’t asked, it would have taken an hour or maybe more…? Meanwhile, people who ordered in the restaurant were waiting 5 minutes or more just to pay because the cashier was saturated dealing with all of the customers who ordered an the app. Just a poor customer experience all around. I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because I do like the food. But it’s not worth the hassle. Hello Jimmy John’s…
