**This message is for Potbelly CORPORATE/STORE MANAGEMENT — not the staff of this specific store. The staff at this location does their absolute best and the issues are out of their control.

Today was the second time I’ve had to wait over 30 minutes to get a pickup (that was supposed to be ready) and the staff is completely overwhelmed. As a corporate entity, you need to support your locations properly so they can handle the volume they are getting daily. They have more pickups than in-shop orders and they only have 1 person handling pickup. There’s also not a separate line with a cold table for them to make the pickup orders, so of course everything is going to be backed up for hours.

Stop torturing your already underpaid staff and either cap online orders at a certain number or get them more resources.
