Has always had an unfriendly atmosphere (particularly from the staff) but is progressively getting worse. Entire top floor, including all the cardio machines, is unusable because of the smell of raw sewage, which has been unresolved for weeks? Water fountain is consistently filthy, with actual green mould growing on the taps (which been the case for weeks). Paper towels/sanitizer spray almost never stocked. Music is often house music which is blasted at aggressive volume. Male staff walk in
