They failed to spot my infant child getting mauled by a shark and several alligators. To be fair the damn thing deserved it. Wouldn't stop crying for days.

After they retiled the floors I've noticed an increase of supernatural activity. It's subtle but if you look closely you can definitely spot it. Notably, a young boy and his four brothers were dragged underneath the Primark so maybe be careful around there.
