I joined the boxing gym seven months ago and it has now become part of my daily routine. The gym focuses on the basics of boxing techniques and cardio workouts to complement it, so it is great for anyone keen to learn a new skill and to get a good workout too! The coaches are very friendly, attentive, encouraging and always willing to help you get better. The environment is great and along with adding a new skill to my repertoire, I have also made some great friends at the gym.
