The property itself is well maintained and the staff is friendly. It has a great location walking distance to the train.
Other than that, it is just ok. The walls are extremely thin and you hear and smell anything the neighbors are doing.
I was in apartment 2H, and I had a view of the garage throughout all my windows. It was very depressing as no sunlight ever came through and people coming in to the garage could look inside. They will tell you it’s a quiet garage, but it is not- alarms would go off, people would drag race inside the garage, you could hear people speaking. It was very unpleasant. Finally, what left a really poor taste in my mouth was that there was a refrigerator in the apartment that was too big for the small kitchen. The fridge got damaged because it kept hitting the walls and the cabinet. Even though I mentioned this to the landlord and the super the first week I moved in, I was told not to worry. When we moved out, the landlord refused to give me my security deposit back unless I paid for a new fridge in FULL. They did not even offer to pay any portion of the new fridge, even though they recognized that the damage was done by the cabinets. A gesture of paying for 50% of the new fridge would have been the right thing to do, but they did not - even after I asked them. Let me also mention that the fridge was in perfect working condition, just the outside was dented. But I still had to buy a completely new fridge after a year of living there. I would not recommend this apartment building to family or friends. Beware!!
