Loved this track, I'd recommend going right first once you hit the circuit as there are more steps this way.
I saw someone said they took their 60 year old parents on this track and I would say only take them if they're experienced hikers! This track has a lot of exposed rocks and roots along the path that could definitely be trip hazards once tired.
