Rarely has a restaurant left me so puzzled whether to leave 4 or 5 stars.

Yet, the Sushi & Soul made it really hard.

The food was delicious and fresh. They also have a great selection of sake, which may not be everyone's cup of tea, however, may open new horizons to some.

So what made me choose 4 over 5 stars?

First of all, the service felt a bit slow (albeit they were friendly). The sushi menu - to me - was a bit too hipster and 'new age' with lots of own creations. For a sushi purist like myself, who prefers more traditional Japanese recipes, it was too much.

The location, too, felt too large and gave the sushi & soul kind of 'all you can eat' vibes.

That being said - the Sushi & Soul was a great stay and I would recommend it to most people.

I have been a regular customer during my university days. Few days ago I returned to Minh and it is still as good as it used to be.

What you can expect:
- incredible cost/value, prices are humane!
- yummy food
- good for lunch or a basic dinner

What you shouldn't expect:
- fancy location
- this is not a place for longer meals

Their service is genuine and polite.

Overall, this is a great place for a tight budget (which is rare to find in Munich!!!) and for a quick but delicious meal.

Went to Berlin during a business trip and was looking for a cozy place to enjoy Japanese/Vietnamese food. Sy Restaurant didn't disappoint. The fish (I ordered a salmon don) was fresh and delicious, so was the soup and yakitori I ordered. Staff was friendly and prices were surprisingly affordable.

Definitely a great spot for a quick snack or a nice dinner while you're in Berlin, Spandau!

I wish I could have given 5 stars to NOM, I really do.

And while the food was really tasty, fresh and beautifully arranged, the rest of the experience just couldn't keep up.

The service was a tad bit slow, the atmosphere lovely but not impressive.

However, I would still recommend visiting if you're in the area and looking for fresh Vietnamese food.
