Fantastic experience - service was great (very helpful with recommendations and explanations), as was the food. Not a lot more to say - turbot is obviously a must do, and highly recommend the crab head/fish soup too.
Maybe we didn't make good choices, but we found our cocktails to be really disappointing (though at a good bar there should be no bad choices).
On top of that, we tried their kakigori (3/4 flavours) which they make special mention of on their website. All flavours were really disappointing. Tasted very little like what they were. The matcha in particular was poor, tasting almost nothing like matcha.
The only decent item we ordered was the melon cocktail.
