This M4 Burritos is the worst! It's absolutely infuriating how they've managed to ruin what should have been a simple dining experience. As a chain, you'd expect consistent quality, but this place is a disgrace.
The owner, who should be setting an example, was too busy playing poker on his phone to give a damn about the food he was serving. I witnessed him repeatedly pause mid-preparation of my meal just to play his game. Is this a joke? Customers come for food, not to watch someone gamble.
And the cherry on top of this disastrous meal was the owner's phone conversation while I was trying to eat, he was screaming into his phone as if the rest of us didn't exist. It was beyond disrespectful.
As for the food, it was a train wreck. My meal was sad, tasteless, and drenched in an excessive amount of liquid from the sauces and meat… Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague.
