Orangefield Park in east Belfast provides a wide range of facilities for local residents. It is also home to Orangefield Park Playing Fields which contain a bowling green, tennis courts, soccer pitches and a cycling track.
Orangefield Park is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The entrance at Orby Mews follows our normal park opening hours. Additionally defibrillators have been installed for park users at Orangefield Park 💐
Park Road Playground

Excellent park, probably more suited for the older child but still, under supervision, can be enjoyable for toddlers. Wide variety of available activities, some for the more adventurous child. Clean and tidy with a strict policy on dogs. Parking available but spaces are often hard to come by. Accessible for local schools, playgroups and anyone desiring to exhaust the kids. Well worth a look. 🎠
Downshire Green

It’s obvious that street trees and sidewalk gardens beautify our urban environment.Street trees increase the “curb appeal” of properties.  A study of the sale of houses found that on average, street trees add 3% to the median sale price of a house and reduce its time-on-market by 1.7 days.

Benefits of Downshire Green is that the presence of trees reduces the speed of drivers, and reduces the frequency and severity of crashes.

Street trees and sidewalk gardens build neighborhood and civic pride which is reflected fully by this friendly, welcoming Downshire community.

"A tree is known by its fruit; a man by his deeds. A good deed is never lost; he who sows courtesy reaps friendship, and he who plants kindness gathers love."
