First of all,
I went to the hamam recently with my sister, and I personally hated the experience
The hamam scrubbing process was painful, harsh and burned my skin. The lady doing the scrubbing was going so hard on me i was genuinely concerned if she was taking her anger out on me or something??? Very unprofessional. My skin is burning and has been irritating me for days, how could a “professional” place hurt customers during this process I genuinely don’t understand. The scrubbing and the whole hamam experience is supposed to make you feel clean and refreshed after I’ve been in pain, itching and burins after.
Second of all,
The hair mask the woman put on me was disgusting and smelly. My hair has never had such a disgusting smell ever. I had to wash my hair 5 times after the hamam.
There’s a woman called Isra, she’s the one that scrubbed my body, I hope you see my comment or the manager sees this comment and tells the employees to be careful with customers. Now I’ve to take medicine and put creams on my body because of the poor unprofessional work you lot have done to me.
In conclusion,
I Will not return to this hamam nor will I recommend this to anyone as my experience was poor.
