This gym hast it all, great equipment and plenty of it, plenty of space, classes and open gym, but I have to say what attracted me to CrossFit about life was the coaches and the vibe.
Materialistic wise you can have it all but for me if the vibe is not there you don’t perform your best.
The owners and coaches there are genuine concern about your progress and are always prepared to help you, there is always a hello with a big smile as you walk in, you are treated like family not like a member.
I’ve been part of that family there for almost a year and a half and I will not change it for the world.
It’s my second home. If that’s what you’re looking for then this is the gym for you.
