Walked past on the way to breakfast- messaged about a drop in- super quick replies from their Instagram page and the owner Chris reached out and accommodated our open gym session very kindly. I was so impressed by the space. Equipment was kept very clean and well looked after. A real community feel. All amenities. Great space to train and we will definitely be back
