Be prepared to walk in some sludge,not really much of a beach to be totally honest.
All the cool stuff around there is fenced off,which was the long jetty that couldn't be accessed and also an abandoned furnace warehouse(totally fenced off!)
Walked around the old nature walk and was swamped by mossies even tho it was a windy day..
We left soon after to Queenscliff(which is another 30mins away from the city centre) but was well worth the trip coz the dog beaches/parks there were beyond amazing!
