Seems to be a place where people urinate outside. We visited this on a walking tour of Prague. Apparently it's the only one in Europe.

Great for families. The show was unusual where the black light theatre takes you on a journey through a lighting experience. Good interaction with balloons and spiders but you must sit in the middle for this.
