I had the best experience with The Marketplace all thanks to Falak. She was very accommodating to my family. Her customer service is superb. Although we didn’t tell the staff about my nephew’s birthday, she probably overheard from our conversation and initiated to give my nephew a cake and greeted him along with the team of The Marketplace. She is truly a gem. Customer service is very important in this industry. Hence, I commend her for it.
