Women’s Denim advertised at 25% off. I select a denim jacket and it scans full price at the self serve register. I flag this with the young lady on registers who calls women’s wear. Am told it’s just jeans. I tell them that the sign says denim and that this is reflected online with other women’s denim jackets. The register girl calls women’s wear back and asks them to come to the registers and they refuse so the girl on the registers refuses to assist in the matter further. I worked for target for 8 years and this is horrible customer service and bad sales. Fair to say I didn’t purchase for the jacket. Management could do some extra training in this store on customer service and also false advertising.
