I have gone twice now and bother times have been a stellar experience. Awesome selection of Sours. The GVR Old Fashioned is seriously good for the $ you pay. Wings are great too. Could be slightly crispier but still great.

So, It’s been about 6 years or so since I’ve been here. The patio is pretty nice. I saw the sashimi price and thought it priced very cheap so I thought I’d give it a try. I was very disappointed. The fish is 1/3 the size of what you typically get for $10 around downtown. Those salmon & tuna slices in my pic are extremely small, even for $6. I looked at some of the nigiri pics in the reviews and the fish cuts were much better than what we had. The smoked salmon was NOT fresh. The salmon jalapeño roll was so disproportionate when it came to jalapeño/fish. It was like I was eating a ball of peppers.
We will definitely not be coming back. There’s just too many awesome sushi places downtown that blow this one out of the water.

Service was good and the waitress was attentive. She did have a bad case of RBF though.

I got the cappuccino. It was so good! I have walked past this coffee shop for years and it was my first time in. So glad I tried it!

So, we got the steak sandwich and the Club sandwich. The club was awesome! The steak sandwich however was not. Steak was cooked perfectly but the meat and sandwich was extremely bland with 0 seasoning. They didn’t have the beer I wanted in stock so I had to opt for something else. It wasn’t a bad experience but I’d skip this place. They expect a tip for doing nothing but deliver you your food…

My burrito was great. I arrived at around 1pm. That’s a good time to avoid the lunch rush line. Also, during the lunch rush, they’re slingin burritos and bowls and tend cut the meat short big time. So do watch out for that. I’ve called it out to them before. It’ll be like a 3rd of a scoop compared to 1 big full scoop when they’re not rushed.
I work close by so I’ll be back!!
