Very bad service. We have bought many things here in the past but will not come back again. We tried to return an item that did not function properly and we got rejected. The explanation was that it has been used. Well, it is difficult to find out is something is faulty if you don't use it. Also, when we bought is we saw clear signs of usage, so I suspect we are not the only ones complaining. Do not recommend this Casa-store to anyone.
I’m please to see from the answer from casa that they confirm the bad customer care for everyone to see and avoid this store. Basically the message is that if you buy something and you notice at home after using it that it is not working properly you can forget to be able to return the item because “it has been used”.
