Stayed here for 4 nights over MDW. It's a gorgeous new hotel, uber stylish and fabulously French but most critically - Fouquets delivers real 5 star service to back it up. Small things distinguish them like:
-charming and delightful welcome amenities (I won't ruin the surprise but if you have a sweet tooth you are in for a treat)
-room service is fast and accurate
-concierge was able to get me dinner and spa reservations at the hotel on short notice despite initially being full
-room key worked until the my late checkout time with no issues
Basically... they are a 12/10 on style but also have their s*#@ together, which can't always be said of trendy new hotels.
The room was great - tons of storage space and seating, large windows that open to let in fresh air, and a fantastically comfortable bed. The common spaces are similarly top notch, including a good sized gym and beautiful, well-appointed spa. Plus there is a shady, spacious outdoor rooftop reserved for hotel guests.
