Hi. We had a couple of days stay in Antwerp for business and please and stayed with you. My wife and I have stayed at many hotels around Europe and we both have to say the stay with you was everything we expected and more. The food, rooms and the attention to detail is obvious where ever you look. The exceptional service from your stuff who were always smiling and willing to go the extra mile to help with our stay when ever a question was asked. Even as we left yesterday afternoon picking up our bags the Concierge thanked us for our stay. I replied that we were now driving back to Frankfurt and his immediate reply was to offer us 2 bottles of water for our journey. Please pass on our thanks to your entire team.
