Ms. Catherine Jones really took the time to review my account and assisted me with what I was asking for, then I also had card issues and it took a few minutes to figure out what was wrong with it about 20 minutes later she figured out what was wrong and it took another 10 minutes to clear that up. She was Patient was was Focused on get the task at hand done..
