Keil Construction completed a beautiful transformation of my basement which has allowed me to convert my basement into a legal ancillary apartment. The process from start to finish took two years (i.e. contract execution, architectural drawings, permitting, excavation, and build-out), but the Keil Construction team was a wonderful partner throughout the process.
