A wonderful hotel. The attention to detail is second to none. They deserve a reward for it. Staff are incredibly friendly and kind. The pool, gym, sauna, and all their facilities are brilliant.
The reason it’s a star short of five is that we paid to upgrade to a panoramic view room, but then it was a struggle to sleep both nights, until 12 am (midnight) when they turn off the very loud music outside. The base was so strong that at times we’d have vibrations in our room. The first night I did go to reception to tell them, they said they would turn it down, but unsure they did, as the noise was still unable in the bedroom. It’s a shame as a restful sleep is a huge part of a hotel stay.

A must see place for anyone visiting Tehran. So much history and so many stories. The artwork on the tiles are another level.
Stay here if you want to spoil your trip!
Took them over half an hour after we checked in to let us in our rooms.
They didn’t have any keys, which meant we had to go downstairs to get someone up to our room to let us in.
The rooms are below average. The sink in the bathroom was blocked.
Day 1, for breakfast they didn’t have any tea or coffee until 8:45!!
They have a stand for photographers, and a stand for their tours, they seriously pester you to sell you their services. We bought 3.
The scuba diving, they charged us but didn’t have the kit. And refused to give us the money back.
Then we wanted the money back for the dolphin show because of their ticketing system having an issue. They said they will still charge us 40%. It was their fault, and nowhere they’d said they would charge 40% for cancellation.
Just stay away from the place like the plague!
