Very disappointed
Organised a group netball session at the centre after ringing several times to check the correct booking and price (stating NETBALL court)
No members of staff picked up that ONE badminton court ( 1/4 of the size of a netball court) had been booked.
All members arrived (several coming +1hr away from Worcester) to be told the wrong court had been booked by ‘trained’ leisure centre staff even after follow up calls were made to double check.
Won’t be returning
