I booked two services on separate days, the first was a regular pedicure & the second was a full set of gel nails. The place was chaos, the total opposite of relaxing.
On my 1st day I had a pedicure at 10:00am and when I entered the facility the nail technician told me the pedicure stations had been “ripped” out of the wall - no places to soak your feet or elsewhere. I received no messages, calls, or emails about the last minute construction. Kate was fantastic though, she handled things well and was able to perform a dry pedicure in the massage room in the back…
2nd appointment: I mentioned to the receptionist and on the phone multiple times that I requested nail art & to add additional time. I received a call prior to my appointment from the nail technician Bailey that she heard about my request and needed to send a photo to her, which I did. I also showed the same photo to the receptionist in my previous appt to confirm she could do them & the receptionist said yes no problem. When I arrived for my appointment the team at visage said their phone system was down and she didn’t receive my photo - but didn’t bother to call back… odd. The nail tech mentioned multiple times during our service that she would be behind on her other client because of my service & gave a slightly unprofessional experience. During my service, one of the other esthetician/employee came up to our station & inquired about how to do a certain facial to another client waiting in the room. The nail tech told the esthetician to look into a binder for instructions on how to do the said facial as they made it seemed like they had no prior training about the service. Anyways, the lady who was getting the facial came out of the room 5 mins later asking the reschedule.
Ultimately, this was definitely not the relaxing day spa I had in mind when booking these two services. Beautiful interior & exterior but lacking in communication and professionalism.
The nails pictured were $100+, the pedicure was $55+ I believe but received a discount due to the construction.

Yummm! We love coming here every once in a while to enjoy their ramen and sushi. The prices are a bit high at first but it’s reflected back into the food quality which we’ve never had an issue with. Always fun to try something new when we go!
