The decor of this place is neat and unexpected, the individuality partitioned booths are a stellar notion. The central water fountain adds a mellow vibe to the place. The menu offers a wide variety of options. Wait staff was friendly. The food was good enough for me to be willing to return and try more items from their menu.
Well, let's start with the parking lot, if you're driving a large vehicle, such as a truck, the parking situation can best be described as 'snug'. The bars on the windows don't reflect how nicely the interior is finished. Pro-tip, don't sit at the table closest to the door in cold weather, unless you like constant gusts of cold air. The food was good and brought out promptly, while the portions are generous. My only criticism would echo many of the other reviews here, the waiting staff could use improvements.
Yhe biggest appeal of this place, at least for me, is the location and view. They've done a great job with place. The food is done well, but because of the crowds, don't expect a quick in and out. If you want a seat, it's best to arrive early, otherwise expect a wait. The staff are attentive and helpful. I appreciate that they try to implement locally sourced ingredients into the food. The saskatoon jam for the toast was stellar.
