Ordered take out, 2 Lamb Burgers, 1 Steak Panni, 1 Chop Salad $67. Got home no salad, options drive back get salad or drive back get refund. Horrible service recovery.
After driving 20minutes back they give me $15 for the $13 meal and say here is a little extra for the trouble...well O.M.G. Thank goodness for the extra $2. My favorite part was the "well your wife looked in the bag so she should have known." This whole process is great teachable moment of what not to do in the hospitality industry.
