If you're into coffee this is worth a visit. It's in a somewhat unusual and out-of-the-way location, but there's parking for cars and motorcycles plus space for cyclists. The coffee is taken super seriously and any aficionado won't be disappointed.
The food is a little lacking as the choices were limited to a couple of pasties and cakes. It feels like they're missing an opportunity to offer sandwiches or other simple add-ons. However, great place for coffee.

Looks like it would be a great park, but when we stopped by it was closed (despite it only being 4pm on a Wednesday, mid-Aug 2020). Possibly due to COVID, although other playgrounds are open and there is no signage outside to explain. Their website at the time also doesn't mention anything.
Nice central location with outdoor (public) seating. The options are extensive with various combinations of flavors and types, plus prices are reasonable. Good for a treat for kids.
Cool Americana decor and a welcoming vibe on a quiet corner. The bar itself is a beautiful natural wood and adds to the charm of the place. Beer options were on the more interesting side of things albeit not microbrewery (they had a couple of Montauk on tap).
Lives up to the hype, this is a casual beer lovers bar; great selections on tap, bare-brick decor with some beautiful old lights and ceiling panels. Nothing too 'try hard', but genuine and friendly bar staff. Also, $6 happy hour for Firestone Walker is practically unbeatable in the city. Well worth stopping in for a drink.
