Quintessential Florida dining, right on the inlet, quality drinks and fresh food. We came on a Saturday, no reservations, came about 445pm, wait list was an hour and fifteen minutes for two people. They only have one bar, and it was four people deep, they have wait seating all through out the outdoor restaurants, but you do have to wait it out. We were lucky enough to get two seats at the bar to wait. Bartenders were excellent, they had it down pat. They have live music playing, which is a plus. We were called about 45 minutes into our wait, we asked for first table available and got lucky and sat by the water. We were served pretty quickly, we started with the smoked fish dip, which was one of the best we have had, my husband ordered a burger and I asked for the fresh blackened grouper (you can also ask for the snapper, both offered grill or blackened) sandwich that was no longer in the menu, but they still offer. One of the best blackened grouper sandwiches I've had locally. They do not offer french fries, but freshly fried old bay chips. I have to be honest you can find a few spots like this location, but the fact that the drinks have fresh ingredients and so does the food, make a big difference. Average prices and great vibes.

Absolutely great experience, from taking the ferry over to their private island to the views from inside (it was a bit too humid for us to sit outside) and great food. This is a must for a key west trip. We started with the cheese board and the barrata cheese and were blown away with one after the other. We came for lunch, so we did salads and sandwiches. But each one was better than the next. Highly recommend for a great food experience.
