A guy was filming all customers without their consent and when I asked him if he can delete the video he made of me, he said in California he doesn’t need a consent from public when capturing them in photos or videos.
I talked to the bartender very politely but he immediately told me that the dude is their social media manager and if I don’t want to be on their media, I can leave the bar!!!
Owner & staff, if you have so many customers that you don’t care about me and our party of 5 people leaving the bar, why do you need advertising on social media? But if you have to level up your game to attract more customers, start with treating them with empathy and respect!

I ordered a beer last weekend and with tip, it came down to 10 bucks but my credit card was charged 23 dollars. When I called, they mentioned they automatically open tap and maybe someone else put their drink on my card. This is absolutely not acceptable. I hope I can sort this out calling the manager tomorrow.
