Clean, good service, they make a good sandwich and prices aren't bad for the area.

Good variety, organic choices, but pricey. It has some brand I can't find at Trader's, but they are more expensive. And, it's always freezing in the place.

Peaceful, relatively quiet considering there's a playground. I guess it just depends on what time you get there.

Great place if you have kids, and there are lots of them in this neighborhood. Pretty clean, loud and noisy, as expected--glad I'm not living across from the park. The park is supposed to close at night, but it's open, and sometimes there are ne'r do wells drinking, smoking pot, and making noise late at night. Otherwise, it IS a SAFE park and neighborhood.
