Normally a fan of roots and have eaten in all other locations aside from this one. Unfortunately, this last experience left me very frustrated. Ordered a peanut tika masala with planted chicken, an avocado sandwich and two drinks for my wife and I.
The masala was only just above room temperature, swimming in sauce with 4-5 tiny pieces of planted chicken. Wanting to give them a chance to redeem themselves, I asked for more planted chicken. One team member just turned her nose up and walked off while the other highlighted where she saw the chicken….
My wife regularly takes the avo sandwich but this time left hungry, as did I, as the portions where just ridiculous given what you pay.
We had planned to stay there for the afternoon for coffees etc but were too frustrated and so went elsewhere. Zurich prices for food are what they are, but at least give me decent service and don’t let me leave hungry.

Great print shop. Delivered a job at short notice with great service and prices. Can definitely recommend
