There are shops on the ground floor and professional services upstairs. It is not for window shopping but to fulfill certain particular needs, bank, tea shop, florist, places for muchie, convenient store, hair salon, beauty spa, etc.

I visited on a weekday around noon, parking was easy, shopping experience was relaxing.
The aisles are narrow like T&Ts, but the variety of products are wider, prices are reasonable, price tags do not indicate origins of fruits and vegetables, environment is overall clean and it is odourless, shopping carts are nice and clean as well.
