We've been a customer here for almost 3 years but have noticed a decline in cuts since new groomers took over (I.e. uneven and choppy trims around the face and throughout the body). Despite this, we continued to come here due to the convenience. However, in our last 2 visits they cut my dog's nails way too short and he started bleeding after leaving the groomers. After our most recent visit, the pain was so bad that it hindered my dog's daily activities. We are incredibly disappointed with their lack of attention and will never return.
