I’ve used blau for two years, as assigned in the contract. Then, I wanted to cancel it due ti the fact that I wasn’t spending a lot of time in Germany due to Covid and my classes were taught online. However, they told me I have to stay for another year with them due to some rules that you have to cancel three months before. OKAY. I paid what they’ve asked me like 60 euros I believe and asked to terminate my contract for sure this time. Today I even don’t have this sim-card, I’ve lost it, because I don’t need it abs haven’t used for two years… it’s September 2022 and I receive yet another bill, saying you have to pay 40 euros. For what? I sent them emails, explaining that I’m no longer their client and haven’t used their services for two years, but no one replies. I’ve provided them with the documents necessary to terminate contract and they confirmed that they received everything, so I don’t understand why in September 2022 I have to pay again! It’s crazy. Please, check information in your data base and delete my name from it. I’m very dissatisfied with the services and the fact that they just want to keep charging you money, even when your contract is cancelled. In case you have problems, you can’t contact them via email, which is inconvenient. So I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
