Modestly, I have quite some experience with pizza. So you can trust me when I say that it lives up to the hype that Vincenzo managed to build around his pizzas. We had a contemporary pizza with pistacchio and mortadella - fantastic. And one with border filled with ricotta, yellow tomatoes, the thickets layer of cheese you can imagine, and taralli sbriciolati. Generous but not greasy. Soft, digestible dough. Friendly staff. On a Wednesday lunch: zero wait, lot of godimento.
