We were happy to have a vegan meal in Paris. The wine was excellent and the service was friendly and professional. The food was not as good as I've had in comparable restaurants. I found the consistency of the dishes to be very mushy. It lacked variety in texture and needs a bit more creativity. But, overall, we had a very enjoyable evening.
