The journey started from the seamless check-in completion by Andrew, who warmly welcomed us upon our arrival and provided detailed introduction of room facilities.
We really enjoyed our breakfast time at The MO Bar. Wonderful service of reception and a male server and the food so nice as well; but I am sorry that I didn’t remember their name.
We also would like to thank Ms Tramy, whose delightful smile and caring personality truly made our SPA introduction moment. It was sad that we did not have enough time to enjoy the spa and pool service.
Please send our high appreciation to the F/O team of Andrew, Anson, Venus and Tom. When we left the lift carrying our luggage, Tom came to assist carry our stuffs immediately. It was so nice to talk with Venus and Andrew, and appreciate Venus prepared special gifts as well.
MO LMHKG team made us a memoizable MOWOW experience.
