The mall is a bit old but with many good western brands (Mc Donalds, Burger King, Starbucks, Nike, Decathlon and more).

Maybe biggest but definitely best mall in Cebu City.
It's very big with many stores, restaurants and cafés. You may get a bit lost if you just walk around and discover.
Love the outside area, looks beautiful.
