The setting is casual and with good taste, specially in the terrace were distinctive furnishings are the norm. We visited on August 14, 2020.
Service is impecable, as you normally find throughout Mexico. The waiters know the menu and they can provide knowledgeable comments and suggestions.
Prices are on the high-end, but that is to be expected of the place (the restaurant is inside the Mayakoba complex in the Riviera Maya). For a dinner for three persons we paid Us$225, including some drinks and dessert.
My only complaint is about one dish we asked but that was not good at all. This was the Tataki de Atún. Flavor for the tuna was lacking and we could not finish the dish at all. In addition, we asked for the chicken satay and the accompanying sauces were flavorless.
Beside that, the sushi is really good and the Ramen was very well prepared.
I would return but would stay wary of dishes with prepared sauces as the chefs are clearly not putting attention to their preparation.
