My daughter attended this nursery for three months. Unfortunately, her elbow was severely broken while there, resulting in a two-hour surgery, putting two pins in her elbow. We had to travel back to our home country for the surgery, and my wife, daughter, and I went through a tough time. Two weeks later, I returned to the nursery to watch the video footage and speak with the manager. I was angry but I controlled myself. The manager didn't even try to understand my concerns. She stated that the nursery was not responsible and that these incidents can happen. The manager did not even apologize for what had happened. It was frustrating to see that the manager of a nursery where such a tragedy occurred did not even try to console the parents with kind words. Just as I became too emotional, remembering the pain my daughter had endured, they began to offer kind words, but it was already too late. I would not recommend a nursery whose manager does not understand the emotional connection between parents and their children.
