Nice place, with authentic products of Argentina. The only downside is that they don’t allow returns. I’m not sure I understood their explanation, as it was not very convincing, but at least they allowed me to exchange (store credit). Furthermore, the lady told me that never in her life had anyone come to the store to return an item, which is hard to believe. I can understand if the product were used or had gone over the timeframe to return/exchange, yet I realized I didn’t want the product the day after (less than 24 hours).
I was happy to get something else, yet I felt a bit forced and it took away from the great customer service and overall experience. I wish I could’ve given this place 5 stars.
