Had a wonderful experience speaking with a lovely gentleman. He was very friendly and helpful. Helped me choose a good pair of walking shoes at a good price since I am so indecisive and gave me a friendly discount due to me being a carer, the gentleman said it was the least they could do to help out carers who have worked through the pandemic.
Unfortunately didn't catch the man's name although he did say he was the manager. Thankyou for a great experience.
