Being there for the first time after years, we were looking for a roasted chicken made Italian style (here in nl they put too many souces - like honing, sambal or whatever, even when they say naturelle is not natural at all - and stuff that really does not make it taste like chicken). Is the first chicken we had in Amsterdam pretty close to Italian rosticceria, so we are happy now! We would been happier if they would make a full Italian roasted chicken because is more crispy! I hope this feedback will help because I see they read reviews! Forgot to mention: they might do the Fiorentina cut because I have seen it in the fridge!
