Tried out this Indian restaurant in Nana area. The place is huge & quite popular with tourists. They have a vast menu selection.
For appetisers, got some Samosa, Onion Bhajji, Pani Puri & Raj Kachori. For mains, got the garlic naan, garlic cheese naan, shrimp biryani, & butter chicken. And also got the Chai for the drink.
Unfortunately the appetisers doesn’t come all at once as the samosa came a bit later. Onion Bhajji is an off menu item, but it’s slightly too doughy for me. Pani Puri was just ok because the puri si slightly too thick. As for the Raj Kachori, it was the star of the meal. The taste was so complex in a good way and of course delicious.
Naan was ok, but would be great if the garlic cheese has more cheese in it. Butter Chicken & Biryani were also ok. As for the Chai, i feel that it’s a bit too mild. Overall it was an ok meal.

Tried out this branch of The Baristro which is located right next to Ping river. The place has an indoor & outdoor seating area. And if the weather is not too hot, then definitely sitting by the terrace or their backyard will be perfect.
Tried out The Baristro Beer (chrysanthemum with cream cheese), Americano Beer, Pink Panther, Pandoro (cake with chocolate filling & topped with a mountain load of icing sugar) & coconut pie pudding (a bit unsure of the name though).
In overall the drinks are nicely done and taste delicious. The coconut pie thingy is also good but still cannot get over the fact that it’s served in disposable plastic cups. As for the Pandoro, it’s just a bit lacking in taste and texture. The one that I got was bland and the cake is a bit on the dry side, the chocolate was so less and the sugar is just way too much.
Aside from that, the place has plenty of photo spots so you might see many people taking photos. But it’s definitely a good place just to chill and unwind.

Tried out this lovely place in Utrecht. Went there for lunch on a Saturday & it was packed. Good thing that we had a booking prior to coming. The restaurant has an indoor & outdoor dining area and a bar area as well. The place is cozy and has an eclectic decor. Totally perfect for hanging out with friends/families.
Their menu is mostly asian inspired dishes. Got the waffle with korean fried chicken. It uses HK style egg waffle and topped with kimchi, boneless fried chicken, spicy sauce & maple syrup. Overall a good combo. Also got the steak sandwich which was nicely done. For appetizer, got the shrimp wonton served with soy sauce & sesame. Delicious!! Definitely will come back for more.

Tried out this steak house located in Atrium Saldanha. It’s just a few steps away from Saldanha Metro station. The place housed 2 floors, but the top floor is the one mostly used. They offer varieties of steaks and seasoned with their own pepper & spice seasoning. This time, I opted for the filet mignon. A 180g steak well seasoned and cooked to perfection. It is served with fresh salad, or you can change it with soup with a bit of additional charge. They initially served the steak with mashed potato but i changed it into french fries instead because i was craving for some crunch. To accompany the steak, i got an extra order of mushroom sauce which complimented the steak extremely well. They also have garlic bread as a side dish, which is so garlicky & buttery. Love it!! Apart from the food, the place is cozy and the service is really good. The place can get quite packed but if you go on a weekday, booking is not necessary.
Loving this place located in Utrecht canal. The place is homey and spacious with indoor & outdoor seating. Perfect to enjoy some Dutch pancakes especially during the afternoon & evening times. Tried out the classic Banana Pancake which happened to be my favorite dish. The portion is huge and the topping is plenty. It is cooked well with a hint of sweetness and savory. It goes well by adding some powdered sugar & syrup. To wash it all down, hot the warm chocolate milk.
